All the orders are shipped out of Ontario, Canada. The current processing time on orders is 5-7 days. This is the time for your order to be made and packaged from the time of order, not the shipping time.

Please keep in mind that shipping estimates do not always take into account unforeseen delays caused by the postal services or other delays.

I will not be accountable for a missing orders that have been shipped via letter mail ( untracked) because I can not locate once I have dropped it off at the post office. Customs charges are to paid by the customer for international package.
